They call, supposedly, because of Time Warner Cable but they give my address wrong (I am still a TWC client) and they try to check my last 4 of SS. !?!?!? How I don't check, they don't talk to me! lol Time Warner Cable tells me that I don't owe anything.

IC system is a debt collector for (at least in my case) time warner cable. I left time warner and forgot to turn in the remote so there was a $15 charge on my account. They are non- credit reporting, but definitely worth taking the call
