Left a very threatening message about a bogus case number and being a repeat offender. I was never an offender the first time. These calls are criminal offenses. Report them to your state’s Attorney General. My family attorney even said it sounds like a scam. When I called the number back, I established they are a collection agency but will not give their company name or address.

Criminal investigation, verification of employment and address, told "Repeat Offender pending charges." I investigated this, realized it was a scam.
