Rude and probably looking for private info.

called just now first time. no one on the phone. i ***g up.

Calls thru out the day s****ing around 9 am. No MSG. A constant pain. How do I stop?

I receive calls from this # at least twice a day, sometimes 4 or 5. I've answered it twice and both times I've been told to hold while they connect my call. I DIDN"T call them, They called me. I have never talked to a human. I don't know what they want. W***ver it is needs to get a LIFE. I'm sure if I stayed on the line long enough they would try to get my info.

This is definitely SPAM. I set to have number auto rejected when they call me. I also went into my online account for my carrier and added their number to my block services for each number within my plan.

We have been receiving calls from this number for a few months and especially within the last few weeks, they've ramped it up to 2-3 calls PER DAY and it's maddening! Most of the time there was no one on the line, eventually on a couple of the calls, they were looking for someone who does not even live here, and yet they won't stop calling. Now I just don't answer.... but the calls keep coming. Irritated as heck.

DEFEND YOURSELF !!!! You have just received an abandoned call!!! Complain to the State Attorney General Office. They have complaint forms on their site. Also collection agencies have a new trick they place collection accounts to your credit files without your knowledge then they send you a collection letter afterwards. The federal trade commission needs to be aware of there sneak & dishonest,illegal ways. They are suppose to send you a collection letter give u a chance to dispute It. If IC Systems has called you from 603-414-1929 and is violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and/or the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), you may be able to recover money under one or both statutes." an “intentional” call is worth $1000 and a regular call is worth $500 for a total of $1,500 per call !!!. if they call your number several times a day- it’s intentional. Predictive dialing utilizes a pacing algorithm that factors agent availability, average call times, and answer rates in an attempt to ****mize agent talk time with the lowest possible abandonment rate. Many robocalls aren't intended for a live person at all. If the message is targeted for playback from your answering ma****e or voicemail, then the call will likely be terminated if a live person answers. Head games!!! seeing the collection agency's number in your missed call log is a reinforcing action. Probing calls are logged and ****yzed to build an answer profile demonstrating probability to answer the phone.

They call me about 3 times per day. I tried to block them but doesn't work. I answered once and there wasn't anybody on the line right away so I ***g up. I never answer now but the phone calls are annoying. I don't have any debt problems so if it is a debt collector I don't know why they would be calling me. I'm going to try to figure out how to block them!!

Receive 4X per day calls from this number in NH, ID, CA & DC. They do not leave a message. I've returned a few calls & receive a "Hold please, for the next available operator". I don't think so. Trying to block them all without success. I am fed up!
