This number has shown up on my caller ID. I was not home when the call came in, but there was no message left. I called the number back and got a recording that said, "Thanks for calling back...if you do not wish to receive any more promotional calls and would like to be placed on our do not call list, please press 1 now." I pressed "1" and just got a reply of "Thank you." We'll see if it works.

On my caller ID, it says "CN MKRCH". I think it hopes that I don't take blocked calls, and make people enter their phone number if they call. I never answer. Sounds to me like some scam "market research" place. I've tried to call that number but it's ALWAYS busy.I don't understand why the Government spends so much promoting the DoNotCall website, when no matter how often you sign up, you still get calls!!!

Don't know what these idiots wanted. I googled the number and it came back to a Portland, OR based company. Called and spoke with a woman who claimed that they ****yze phone bills for businesses. Really? Then why are you calling my private cell phone?

The Government really has no way of controlling scammers. Legitimate companies play by the rules. Scammers do not. That's why, if you are on the no call list, you can be sure that just about any other company who calls is not legitimate.
