I've been getting calls from this number and other numbers several times throughout the day. I researched each number and all roads lead back to one college called University of P***nix. I have never filled out any forms or requests, paper or online, for college education and have not been enrolled in college since 2005, yet this university continues calling me. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, so I let them go to voicemail, but this university never leaves a voicemail. They **** up before the four rings can route it to voicemail. I'm on the National DO NOT CALL registry so if the calls continue, I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and suggest others do the same. The following numbers all belong to University of P***nix, and they have used these numbers to call me repeatedly during the day. I have blocked each number on my mobile phone so it does not ring when they call and instead, goes straight to voicemail. I have not requested anything from this school, I attended their introductory class about 10 years ago, was teamed up with a know-it-all ****** and another who slept with our subs***ute and then failed the class when we failed to produce quality work. I am sure their programs weren't designed with such chaos in mind but to call at least 5 times a day 10 years later for recruitment...I think they have overstepped their boundary for being considered a quality ins***ution in my book and I will be sure and let all of my business partners and their respective contacts this same experience. i never answer my phone if i dont know the # or its an 800 or long distance. I was in the bank yes****ay and for some reason they called twice in one minute 30 seconds later they called a***n when i picked up there was no one there. this went on for about when finally some one answered !! I went nuts calling them every name in the book didnt even give the lady time to talk as she was trying to talk over me, then ***g up. Well about 2 minutes ago they called a***n, now im home and googled it and yes it was UOP. Crazy !!! Im 46 with no children why would they be calling me ??

They have been calling me non stop for the past 3 days (according to my phone but it deletes things that repeat themselves too much -ie. people who call me repe***ively their number gets deleted from my recent calls and is replaced by their most recent. Due to the fact that it is no where close to where i live I have not answered the phone for them. They leave no messages and I have no clue why they are calling me. If it is the University of P***nix then they have no reason to be calling me for I do not live in Arizona and I do not go to the school, nor have I ever contacted them. Quite frankly it is s****ing to get on my nerves (which was why i googled it) and it almost gets me in trouble as they call while I am in school =/

I have been getting calls 5-6 times a day at all hours, I s****ed answering and ****ing up before they could say anything because I was sick of it. I just logged onto the UoP website and had a "live chat" with a rep, and she said they would take my number off their list. If you don't want to deal with them on the phone any longer, try the live chat option. I just did it today so I don't know yet if it worked, we shall see.

I am looking for work and on craigslist I am finding most of these low-mid range jobs are just a way for these online universities to "offer" scholarships. They already have all the info you must retype and retype. Not even 1/2 hour after I went through their online "submitting" of application(just atta****g resume and some questions)and faking like I had an interest in non-science online education, I received a call and they did leave a message....best luck to all..
