Apparently it's University of P***nix. I requested information from them.

I've been getting calls from this number and other numbers several times throughout the day. I researched each number and all roads lead back to one college called University of P***nix. I have never filled out any forms or requests, paper or online, for college education and have not been enrolled in college since 2005, yet this university continues calling me. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, so I let them go to voicemail, but this university never leaves a voicemail. They **** up before the four rings can route it to voicemail. I'm on the National DO NOT CALL registry so if the calls continue, I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and suggest others do the same. The following numbers all belong to University of P***nix, and they have used these numbers to call me repeatedly during the day. I have blocked each number on my mobile phone so it does not ring when they call and instead, goes straight to voicemail. I'd suggest anyone receiving these annoying calls also look into blocking University of P***nix's numbers on your phone, either through a third-party application or your wireless or landline provider.
