We received a call stating that this was "our last notice" and that our account would be closed. As the pre-recorded message continued, it became clear that it was a sales call. After pressing 1 to speak to a customer rep, my husband pretended to be interested in the service and inquired as to what company they represented. The rep said it was Card Member Services, and, when my husband mentioned that we're on the "Do Not Call" list, the rep said, "Well, if you're on that list, you're on that list" and ***g up on us.

Claimed to be from Card Member Services wanting to reduce my interest rate on my debt. Asked him to remove my number and quit calling me and he told me that until I get my debt paid off they would call me every day. After I told him I had no credit card debt he asked me if I use Colgate. I asked what he meant and he said the toothpaste, cuz' my breath stinks. Then he ***g up. At least now I have a response to their requests..........LOL
