Robo call recorded 18 July 2013 (FBI crime stats, "Free" Alarm system with small sign scam robo call) Caller ID: "5862313711" These people aren't even consistent with their instructions, one place it's "press 2 for Do Not Call" elsewhere it's "press 9 for do not call"...no matter what you press, a live person comes on and asks if you're interested in getting their "free" alarm. "The FBI reports there was a home break in every 15 seconds. Your local police recommend you protect your home. If you will allow us to place a small sign in your yard, we will install a new security system at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever. There is no cost for the system or the installation whatsoever. To hear more, press 1 now. To be placed on our Do Not Call list, press 9. If you would like your phone number removed, press 2 now, otherwise press 1 to speak to a representative. Thank you." Here's a copy/paste of a comment that helped me to stop the calls for a phone number calling with just the last digit different; I got these calls a week then saw a helpful comment for a do not call service at 866-246-7196. I spoke to someone there and they said they provide this service for a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. I gave them the caller's phone number and they verified to be on their list then they added my receiving phone number to they do not call list.

Got a call on my cell phone from this number. I didn't answer. It was a pre-recorded message about seeking legal compensation for loved ones who suffered from use of Yaz and related products. This is a scam I have never done business with this company. I filed an official complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry (http:// www.donotcall.gov ), and I urge others to do the same. This company may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000, per case. Lets get them shut down, so others do not have to get spammed by them.

Most likely spam. When I answer unknown numbers, I let them speak first. They didn't. It then went busy. Note to Chase: I'm on the do not call list. These s*** don't care. Any number they've set up like 866-246-7196 that you call most likely just confirms you as a valid number for scamming. It's just like clicking the do not subscribe ****on for spamming email. Your email is marked as a target that is read.

received call, both mobile and land line are on the Do Not Call list, calls must be on a dailer system that plays recording, it was not a human caller, I don't normally answer numbers I do not recognize, but this number calls repeatedly, wanted to tell them to quit calling, but recording s****ed as soon as I picked up call, with "If you are a ...." didn't wait for the rest, just disconnected call.

beware this caller .. imho, this is part of a iden***y theft ring based on the questions they asked ... i went along for the ride for a bit, and they began to ask typical iden***y theft questions .. be very careful .. they only want a couple of pieces, but then another caller wants other pieces, etc. be very careful

I received a call today at 12:21 Pacific time but did not answer nor do I ever answer when I don't reconize the number. I agee we need to report them for spam and shut them down. They did not leave a message on my phone either.

They called my cell. No msg left. I called them back from landline and got a very garbled recorded saying "press any number to be added to the do not call list". I did this so we'll see what happens.

566-231-3724 called my private, unlisted for emergency use only phone and a message was blasting over all of the intercoms. I'm disabled and this phone is only for an emergency if I have one. This is not right.

Call to cell phone about compensation for YAZ injuries. Obvious spammers and they won't stop until DO NOT CALL list enforcement becomes more than a myth and submitting a FTC complaint is not into a black hole.

These people are calling...'If you have taken YAZ, you may be en***led to parti****te in a lawsuit'. I have followed their prompts and asked to be taken off their call list. But, they keep calling.

They called my cell phone. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. I****ume it is the car warranty spam call as I get that call pretty regularly.
