I have continuously received voicemail messages from this number looking for someone named Brigitte O*^%$^, who has the same last name but my first name begins with a B only, and I know that they are a collection agency. I've called them to let them know I am not the person they seek, but they ignore me and for a year now I have to erase their calls, or listen while they talk and hope they go away. They don't listen and take you off their list if you tell them you are not the delinquent bill payer. I have considered contacting the Better Business Bureau, but that seems like more of a headache.

I got a missed call from this caller. I called back and the male person answered and transferred to another male voice who identified himself as a debt collector. He knew my birth year and offered to help me get out of federal student loan "default". I told him I did not have any default and **** up.

I have received several calls from this number...caller ID said Fairport, NY...I thought I would have some fun with it and answered the phone. They tired to verify it was me with their "information"...I reminded them that they called me and should know who I am...then asked them if this was the FTC calling to confirm the the rash of telemarketers who call even though I am on the DNC list...suffice it to say they ***g up. We'll see if they call back. Now that I know it's a telemarketing co, I will continue to let them go to VM since they have a habit of not leaving any messages and really report them to the DNC people. Good luck.

the reason they never leave a voice mail on your ma****e is because of 2 reasons... 1 if they do they cant contact u a***n for the rest of the day unless u call them... and 2 if the NAME of the person they are looking for is NOT on the answering ma****e they will NOT leave a msg and can NOT leave a msg its considered as disclosing the debt to a third party and is a***nst the FDCPA (fair debt collections practices act) now "sick of these nusciance calls" unless your name is on the ma****e dont expect any msg to be left :)

someone or an auto-dialer calls from this number almost daily, as indicated by our Caller ID log on our phone. Have NEVER heard of this "company" & as no message is EVER left, they obviously have NO LEGITIMATE BUSINESS calling our number. Will NEVER answer answer a call if this name/number appears on Caller ID, but will report EACH and EVERY unwanted call to the National Do Not Call Registry until these idiots are shut down.

Repeated calls. A collection agency that****umes that because the name is the same of the person at the number they called, they have the correct iden***y. For student loans. No one in my home has ever had a student loan. I asked what year the person was born which wasnt correct so "Conserve" agreed to remove us from their list. They will not give any information about their company.

someone from this "company" or auto-dail service calls almost daily as this number repeatedly pops up in our caller ID.Our at***ude is - if you have a VALID reason to call, you will leave a message; if you do not choose to do so, we will never take answer a call from this "place" whenever it appears in our caller ID.

We have NEVER heard of this "company" & as no message is ever left, these calls do not appear to be from any reputable source. ANY and ALL future calls will be reported immediately to the National Do Not Call Registry as well as this Caller Complaint site!

They do not leave a message because that is considered a contact and due to collecting laws they are only allowed so many a week. if no message is left they can call all day long.
