I asked how he found me and he said I just popped up but I’m on a team so right then I felt odd. Said his wife owned retail stores all over the country. Thankful I followed my intuition and kept digging.

Before he could **** up he got f****ered and said it was his brother’s number who was looking for a house 3 years ago. Wouldn’t answer after. Motive is unclear.

Said he wanted to buy a home but also said he was from JC, I lived in Jeff City for years and owned a biz there before real estate. Didn't add up. Also said his budget was 1.8 and saw a house in Florissant he liked (there are no 1.8 homes in Florissant)
