I just got a call from this number - that's what came up in my caller id - is the number. I did not recognize the number, so I let it go to voice mail since I was already on a call with a friend of mine and I didn't want to answer an "unknown" number. My cell phone number is on the "do not call" list and I try to be careful who I give it out to. I hope this number won't continue to call me back, as I've had trouble in the past with "unauthorized" parties getting hold of it and calling and calling until I finally had to c****e the number - twice. I don't want to have to do it a third time.

Yeah some woman called my phone looking for my mother, (who doesn't live with me or has lived with me for 3 years now) so I asked who was calling and they ***g up on me. So I got mad and called them back resulting in several rings then a disconnect. After about 15 different tries, thinking that it could have been important I came back to look up the number and found this page. Come to find out it was nothing more then a FREAKING solicitation. Go figure.

I received a call from 562-864-8160 around 9:15am Sa****ay and ended up missing the call. They did not leave a voice mail and when trying to call it back I got nowhere. I called the company of MSI-West at 562-864-7600 and spoke with a rep and asked if he reconized this phone number of 562-864-8160, yes, its one of many phone numbers that they have. It happens to be a survey for APS (power company).

Hey guys 562-864-8160 is Msi West company that conducts phone surveys for several companies such as Comcast And Aps that's an electrical company in Arizona. That company annoys the S*** out of everyone including Sundays!!!!!!! Just ask MSI West to place you on their 'DO NOT CALL LIST' and if they call a***n speak to their Manager!!!!!!!!!

yes this number called my phone and when I picked up they ***g up...i only know one person in California and don't care to talk to them so when I did the reverse look up and found this page and conclude that it is comcast i was relieved and makes sense.
