I received a call from this number claiming to be Sarah Lawson from the Department of Visa and Master Card. It was an automated call stating that we qualified for a debt elimination program under a 2009 act. I ***g up.

I call the number and either male or female comes on barely speak English claiming they are IRS. I ask them why they calling me. And they act as if they do not know what I am talking about then they disconnect.
