This is a company called Next Level Solutions. I have been filling out various applications on line for at-home positions. They offer at-home positions and most likely was the reason for their call but I missed answering it. If you have been looking for an at-home job, it's quite likely the reason they are calling you. All I did to find this out was to call the number back. They tell you right off who they are. They do offer you an option to press #3 but end their calls. I'm not sure if it works or not as I didn't want to press #3. I might want to talk to them about an at-home position. Then, I googled Next Level Solutions in Fresno and they have a web site.

Called the State Attorney General's office and filed a complaint a***nst this number. Got a call back from the State Attorney General's office and was told that since I didn't answer the phone and sit and listen to the spiel from these people and since I let my answering ma****e pick up the call and the caller ***g up that I couldn't file a complaint because I didn't personally answer the call and did not know what the caller was trying to sell me, etc. I said it was an unwanted call and that I have requested these people quit calling me - but because I couldn't tell them what they were trying to sell me my complaint to the Attorney General's office was invalid. So I guess whenever you get a telemarketing call you have to answer the phone and listen to the garbage so when you file a complaint with the Attorney General's office you can tell them what the people were trying to sell you so you can put it in the complaint. What a total waste of time! If you keep getting calls from the same number that you do not want you have to listen to each call so that your complaint when filed with the Attorney General's office is not thrown out. It seems to me that after the first such call and requesting they don't call you back that any other calls from the same phone number could be reported without having to listen to the dang spiel time after time after time. But NO - you have to report what was said EACH time you file a complaint even if it is a recorded call and you've heard it over and over a***n. What a croc****!! So people BEWARE - I've gotten calls from this company 3 or 4 times a day EVERY day for almost 3 weeks now and I've filed a complaint EACH time they've called - but since I refuse to listen to the call and I let my answering ma****e pick it up my complaints have been thrown out.

Go on their website and click on the Do Not Call link. http://dial-nls.com/ You see, if you take a call or on some customer list, then they are free to call you as a telemarketer even if you are on the No Call national list. So if you have a frequent customer card from a hotel or airline, or a credit card - all of these businesses can call you nonstop to sell you stuff. Take them down, one at a time.
