I dont answer these types of calls. Calls out of the area code I live in, or any other call that i dont recognise. These people are probly trying to sell me so****ing. And this type of call is NOT a person, it is a MA****E making the calls. When we pickup the phone, it tells the person on the other end at their Screen, there is a call on line 1. So then when you say, "*****o" They just connect to your line and s**** selling. These calls are everywhere these days. I get them coming into my phone line almost everyday. And not just weekdays. Weekends weeknights early mornings, could be even late at night. But 7 days a week those ma****es just dial dial dial. Welcome to the **** of our country.

The caller claimed she was an agent from my internet provider. She was trying to sell me phone service. It sounded su****ious to me because she wanted me to make a decision right then as she said the special pricing was only good for that evening.I didn't fall for it.

Not sure who it was, got a voice mail box. Called me at 6:30pm PST, from somewhere in Oregon. Given the voice mailbox message said "Extension #5985 is not available" it seems to me that is a large call center of some sort.

I'm one of the callers and all I have to say is I understand where both parties are comming from. I would not want to be bothered at work and at home about this but at the same time being one of these callers I ahve to say it really is honestly my job. And Imay be one of the few thatactually give a **** if I'm bothering a customer. I tak eit personal when you guys yell at me or my co-workers and call me a c**t for no good reason at all. I always get called names and told "YOU'VE CALLED ME LIKE A ***DRED TIMES!!!" "GO TO***** B***H I'M NOT ANSWRRING ANYTHING" I've even been told that the customer would **** my house and tried getting my information. It's uncalled for the way some of you treat us. And yeah some of us are peices of ****. I know I siut next to one that's always purposfully ****ing up and being rude but I am not and alot of us are not. The bad people get ****ed out becasue it's NOT tolerated at our company. We want to give good quality service and get on a one on one basis with customers and UNDERSTAND what they are going through. I know if I hear someones tone is off I double check to make sure if they want to do it. There's no pressure. And honestly without us who would oyu complain to? The dlr quite litterally THROW AWAY YOUR COMPLAINTS SO THEY DO NOT GET INTOP TROUBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!And when you do go to direct BMWNA the dealer denies everything but they believe what we say and we can do it annomynously if you really wanna dish the dirt. As I'm sure some of you know they even BULYY u guys into giving them perfect scores for a ****py job and sometimes even trash your next service for bad ratings. That is where we come in. We get the honesty and let BMWNA KNOW WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON and things do c****e!!! Maybe not right away but it does c****e. There has been entire dealershipos that have FIRED their employees becasue ONE customer stood up and said what was happening and now I never hear anything bad about them since they got all new employees. We aren't trying to hurt you guys really. We want to help and I am very sorry that it bothers you so bad that an entire company is dedicated to trying make you life better when you go to take care of you vehicles. Try to understand where we are comming from too. Like I said there are ****py people where we work too but that does not mean you ahve to put us all in the s**tter.

This number called me for 2-3 weeks, home, work cell several times a day, never leaving a message (harrassment). I never picked up because I knew it was BMW survey-I prefer email or written survey. Finally, today, 0101808, I answered the phone at work. There was a big delay before the caller identified himself. I asked him why he had been calling and not leaving any message? I said I don't do phone surveys, please mail or email one and will be happy to complete. He said they only do phone survey's, which is **** because I have gotten written ones prior. I asked him to stop calling me, especially at work, he said "can you just answer 1 question". I said you wouldn't want me to at this point because I am so annoyed with your tactics. NO-he than ***g up, no apology or anything. In my opinion, this leaves a bad taste in my mouth about BMW. Why would they use such an unprofessional company to literally harass customers to get a good rating. So****ing is really wrong here.

they called for 2-3 weeks huh? well it seems like after all that time, you might.... umm... just answer the phone? i don't know how that sounds, but it sure makes sense to me. do you think the people who are calling you made the survey? you get mad because they asked you if they could ask 1 question? they are probably trained to do that. OH NO! 1 QUESTION!!! "EXCUSE ME MR. BMW PERSON! BUT 30 SECONDS IS TOO MUCH OF MY TIME!" i got a call from them earlier today and the girl said it would take about 3 minutes. it took less than 2. i was unsatisfied with my service and i told them that. they don't call just to get "good ratings". they call because they want to find out how your service was, good or bad. quit acting like you're the most important people on the planet and 3 minutes of your time is too much to ask for. they are just trying to make a living by doing their job

Im another one of the callers. For one why dont you answer the phone, it will take 3 minutes at the most for an easy one. For two you drive a bmw dont think your on top of the world because no one is. You treat us like s**t. All we are trying to do OUR job. BMW wants to hear feedback same with dealers. The info gets passed along to BMW of North America and the dealer. And for the part of not answering. We are on automatic dialing system. We have no control over it. It tries to pick up a good tone, if its an answering ma****g, no connection, bad tone, etc. Its not our fault. Part of our guidelines is we dont leave messages. So why dont you think about that before you get all ****y with us.

i own a bmw - i s****ed getting this call pretty frequently from 541 322 4132 right after a service appt. When I answer the phone ****s up after a few seconds without any prompt. I personally don't parti****te in the surveys anymore because after being honest and giving my service a terrible rating they refused to service my car...when i parti****ted i thought my responses would be anonymous but they are not. so what good is leaving a bad rating if they only report this directly to the dealership along with your name and then reject servicing your car in the future? luckily i live in nyc area and there were several bmw service centers but for others who dont have this luxury its just heads up...

I have also been called by this number several times, but only one of those times I had my phone with me. I did not recognize the number and was at work, so I figured they would leave a meassage if it were important.I think w***ver is contracted by BMW to conduct these surveys is doing a real disservice to the BMW CAs by not leaving messages. As I understand it, the sales people rely on good ratings from this survey for their salary...I am not sure how much it influences their pay, but I have heard some say it determines their whole base salary...In any event, I would be happy to take the survey, guess I will wait until the next time you call.

At what point will they stop calling me? Now that i know what it is i'll be sending the rest of my 541 calls to VM. Also there isn't enough profit in the car to pay $1000 to my salesperson for getting all 5's--he won't get it anyways, I got a great price but I had to wait over 45 minutes for my paperwork to be completed and i was supposed to walk in sign and drive away...they have long memories and i wont get the same deal if i bash him so i'll just choose not to answer the survey period.Anyways how long until you give up?

ok just so you know it is not up to us on who we talk to or if they leave a message it is bmw na's rules they have to read just what it says on the screen and we have to talk to the person that brought it in so if you have a problem with there rules why dont you call them at there customer service number and b***h at them we are just doing our jobs for the people that dont have that number it is 1-800-831-1117 they are there from 9 am to 8:30 p.m e.s.t.
