We do not answer any phone calls with either a number we do not recognize or a caller ID that we do not recognize. Per check, we have discovered that this telephone number is "Not****igned". The only conclusion we can reach is that this is a nefarious call. We do not know if this was a telemarketer, so we cannot state if it was or not. This was NOT a text.
