My call blocker sends a text message to an unknown number that tells them they are being blocked and to reply to the text with name and number. If they are legit, they will. This # did not.

Got a call, not marked as any risk or spam, no voicemail, call back is silent with a audible beep, if you mute the audio on your end, the call will end in 17 seconds (consistantly), if you talk or just leave it unmuted it will go to 30+ seconds.
