scam - do not answer

ANOTHER ONEBOF MIKE MC'S! It comes up in several searches as: "http://www.peoplefinders.com/property-records/productselection?search=Property&address=15%20Verde%20Pl.%20&addressCity=Woodland&state=CA&zip=95695T. Vuki"

Called my cell, I let it got to VM. It was a digitalized female voice claiming to be from the IRS. That they needed me to contact them before they took legal action a***nst me. I called the IRS the verified that it is a SCAM. The IRS will only contact you by phone if YOU request them to contact you. They will make several attempts to contact you via snail mail only, NEVER email.

Also let this go to voice mail...called back and they said they were filing a lawsuit for back taxes from 2008-2010, even though we have no back taxes. They only had my maiden name, which I didn't file under in those years. The guy said he'd look into it and call back. My guess is we won't be getting a call back and that this is spam.

Got a call from this number today. I did not recognize it so I let it go to VM. They claim to be the IRS, but I cannot confirm it with Google searches.

Yeah, if you google 'Fraud Harrison Law Firm' it will give you many more results. This guy leaves me a message saying he was Joe Carter, when I call him back his name is Joe Peterson. He tells me that CashUSA says I owe them money and that if I dont pay today I will have sheriffs at my job tomorrow. He precedes to confirm my SSN and the name of my employer. He scared me to *****! He wouldnt tell me the name of the companies I owe money. I knew this was strange because I have payment arrangements with them all anyway. He tells me if I need time to get the money, I have two hours and in the meantime I can fax a copy of my ID with my promise to pay today. When we first get on the call he sounds like hes in a call center and he had an Indian accent. He tells me that hes going to explain (after asking for my attorneys name) and tells me not to interrupt. I'm so happy I googled this because I was freaking out.This is what I get for applying for things online. They intercepted my information some how.

I just received a call from this company stating that I was being sued by USA Cash Advance for a payday loan that I never applied for.  The phone call came to my work.  He asked if I wanted to settle out of court, and if not then I would be summons by the court to pay for this debt.  When I explained to him that I hadn't received a payday loan with that company he mentioned that it may be a case of iden***y theft, but I really needed to settle the debt.  I asked when was the court date, he stated that someone would be up to my job to summons me and all that information would be in the summons.  Afterwhich, he verified the company that I worked for an recited my social security number.  I was stunned when I ***g up the phone.  I mentioned it to my co-worker and she told me to google the number and found that it was a scam.  I immediately spoke with the company I work for to enroll in a iden***y theft program that would allow me to be aware of any su****ious activity on my credit report.

I am getting calls from Joe Carter and John Peterson from Harrison Law Firm claiming that I owe a payday loan, which I never received. They retrieved my information online when I was trying to apply for money. I never received funds from them. So far, I've closed my bank account, reported them to the FTC, and now I have to do fraud alert on my social security number and perhaps file a police report. They continue to call. fortunately it just s****ed this week, but I want it to stop.

If U are nt taking this case as a serious in future u will be in a big trouble.....Actually I faced this issue by disputing in the court house and i paid $8369 as legal court penalty including outstanding amount
