I received a call from 530-236-3512 at my work telling me I need to hire a criminal lawyer because an online payday company is suing for not paying them back. I told them i didn't recall having a payday loan with this company. and if i did i wasn't running from paying. I ask if payments could be made he said $175 yes****ay would keep it out of court. Court is in California I'm in Oklahoma. When i got the message that he called he said he was Daniel Stevens from Federal Credit Department. When I tried to make payments he said his name was Joe Brown. So I called my bank they have not record of a $300 loan going through my account before April 2010. Later in the evening I got the thinking I haven't used this email in awhile. Im reporting to police and calling BBB about this situation. We all need to stick together on this.

Someone with the name "Adam Smith" although he had an Indian accent called my job after I clearly stated I could not receive calls at my workplace. He threatened to send the sheriffs to my job and then I just ***g up on him.
