ok so I keep getting a call from this number 530-402-8910 and the person claims to be an police officer working for a loan company and claims that I got a loan and never paid it back and he is going to take legal action. I know the number is out of Woodland Ca. I just want to know his real name so when he calls a***n I can say I know who he is and maybe he wil stop calling me.

A message on my phone says the guys is Officer Jim Marshall (although he sounds like a 50/50 mix of Latino, and Asian dialects that can barely be understood) I can't tell what exactly is said regarding me, but when I called the # back, someone else answered and asked my name, I then stated "not until you identify yourself" next was a few seconds of dead air and then disconnected
