This is spam number - Its a "non-geographic number" is a type of telephone number that is not linked to any specific locality. Such numbers are an alternative to the traditional 'landline' numbers that are assigned geographically using a system of location-specific area codes. Non-geographic numbers are used for various reasons, from providing flexible routing of incoming phone calls to generating revenue for paid-for services. In my case they were stating they were from Arizona and included a ligit address. Unfortunately the address was not a business it was an apartment in a dumpy area. Their website is no longer active, https://www.charliecausewear.com/ and the page responsible for all this info was 广州时维网络科技有限公司 (Guangzhou Shiwei Network Technology - aka CHINA!) Sick of these scams and leaches. Stay clear! I also read you could call this number but because its non geographical, you could be charged a fee to whatever location it is attached to. Be warned.
