I received voicemail from this spammer. Caller is calling from a law office telling me that they intend to take legal action unless I call them about my account. With the threat of a seizer of my assets if I do not call them, ASAP. This is a scam, they have been calling my wife for the past 3 years. Every time they call, it is another legal problem that I have to take care of ASAP. Personally, I am starting to look forward to these calls, I am getting a real kick out of the BS they come up with.

I have read the complaints and notes from other callers who received voicemail from this spammer. It is clear that he is reading from a type written script however, the content violates public law 95–109 because it implies that the color is calling for a law office and that they intend to take legal action to seize my assets. In our state, you cannot execute a garnishment without a judgment, and there are no judgments from any creditor against me.
