This is purported to be a software company that will aid other companies with their customer relations. They use "local" numbers through Verizon, when they actually located in Washington State. What they actually due for companies like, T-Mobile, etc., is to provide a means to appear as if coming from a local number, to repeatedly (nag) customers about overdue bills, even after the mater has been resolved, or paid off.
