The CCTS strives to do this in an accessible, impartial, timely, efficient and informal manner, after direct communication between a consumer or small business and a CCTS member has proven ineffective. What we doIf you have a problem sorting out a complaint with a Telecommunications Service Provider (TSP) and that company is one of our members, CCTS may be able to help. Our job at CCTS is to investigate complaints fairly. We listen to both sides of the story and look at the facts. The service is voluntary and offered at no cost to consumers and small businesses. We can deal with complaints about: Local telephone services (including calling features) Long distance telephone services Wireless telephone services Internet access services If the CCTS determines that your TSP has not reasonably performed its obligations toward you, the Commissioner may order the TSP to do certain things to resolve your complaint, within the bounds of the CCTS' Procedural Code. Who are the members?CCTS is a non-profit corporation funded by, but completely independent of the Telecommunications Service Providers (TSPs). TSPs who have become members have agreed to abide by CCTS policy in resolving complaints. Our members are listed on the CCTS Members page.

I have still received many calls.  I have made one more phone call to their office.  I asked them one more time to remove my number from their list.  They have promised to do so.  I have told them the I have made many inquiries have now armed myself with the final answer which is for me to report their unwillingness to remove me.  The phone number to report these people to if they do not remove my number is 1-800-889-9768.  First phone them and ask to be removed.  Record the time, date and person you spoke to.  If I get one more call I will make this call and they can be given a very hefty fine for these actions.  I hope that this helps someone else.  I will let you know If I have to make that final call!!!!!

i got a call from this number and at first i was ****ed because it was during dinner and it was the 3rd call that day, but i spoke with a very nice guy who explained how they do their calls and what they were all about.  I ended up signing up for their services for the springtime.  It turns out that it is a family business and they really know what they are talking about when it comes to the lawns!Also, for all of you that are getting soooo angry at this company, just relax and politely ask them to take them off the calling list and im sure they will.  If you get multple calls, then just ask to speak with a manager and they will do it.happy trails

I have had this number call me for the last 2 months.  5 times yes****ay and already 2 today.  I called their other number 1-877-374-7336 and asked to be taken off of their call list and not to call me any more and they told me that they would take care of it.  I hope they do.  If not I will be calling my phone company and taking this one step further!!!!  I am really done with these guys calling my number and not even talking to me........  Hope this helps someone else!!!!

We receive many calls as well.  The company "Dr. Green Lawn Care" is in Cambridge and is also listed on the web as a Waterloo address.  I suggest we all call 519-624-8809 or 519-624-5406 and complain and report them to Bell. If enough of us complain maybe they will do so****ing.  I also suggest asking to speak with the owner and telling them an ad will be placed in the newspaper that they have the worst customer service in Ontario.Good luck

Even after requesting that you be removed from their call list, they continue to intrude into people's privacy.They are located at:3120 Wharton Way, Mississauga, Ontario, L4X-2C1and777 Laurel St., Cambridge, Ontario, N3H 3Z1 CJ (above) has the right idea... nothing illegal, but they should be confronted directly, preferably by the police or other concerned authorities.Avoid doing business with DR Green Lawn care at all costs.They are regularly engaging in unethical business practices.

Called my house.  My 8 year old son answered and they asked him to confirm our address. He did and then they asked to speak to his ***her.  When he passed the phone to his ***her, they ***g up.  We were scared sh**tless at first because we had no idea who it was.  I will not allow my kid to answer the phone anymore.

I live in Kitchener. I just got 2 calls from them this evening. 1st time we were eating so we didn't pick up.2nd time I spoke to them cos I didn't recognize the number. She said she wanted to confirm our address.I remember getting lots of calls from them last year, so I guess this is just the s**** :(

Dr Green Lawn Care is a**** the worst and needs to be dealt with formally.Not only do they persist to call long after they've been told their service is not needed, but the people on the phone are rude and ignorant.Even if this is a real company, I wouldn't go near them with a 10 ft poll.

These guys phone AT LEAST twice a night even though I told them I wasn't interested in lawn care.....what's worse is when the answering ma****g comes on they don't leave a message and all you can hear is people talking in the background for the ENTIRE length of the answering ma****e

Yes, this number calls at least 6 times a day.  There is no response when answered.Can we frustrate them?  Why do we not call Dr Green Lawn Care and ask for a free quote for lawn care.  When they show up do not answer the door.

This number calls 2-3 times EVERY day.  Most times we ignore it but even if we answer, there's no response from there end.I suspect there's more to this than a simple telemarketing scam.

at least two calls a day. when i answer they **** up. tried to call them several times but voice message is telling me mailbox is full.

I've been getting about 3 to 4 calls a day and in the evening from this number as well within the past week or so.

I am amazed by all this. They are calling me too and there is no response when answered. I think Police should do so****ing.

I too have been receiving the calls numerous times throughout the day...very frustrating would like to see an end to these calls!!!!

They have been calling here for over three weeks, today well over 7 times, three of which in the last 45 min.

These guys call my house too. I am in kitchener, I'm going to track them down and beat on their head!
