I keep receiving calls from 518-620-0447 said his name is officer Williams, and he has an important legal matter to discuss with me and if I don not respond to him he would send the police to my house. What gets me is how he got my work number. And when I would not reply to his questions to verify my information he got upset and we had some words over the phone. I knew then this was not a legal matter, what officer is going to argue with me over the phone. I told him do what you got to do send them. But don't call my work number a***n. he replied "I will do what I want to do, I will keep calling your job until you reply" . I'm convenced more than ever that its a hoax. This has been going on for two months now. Then he shouts out my personal information I told him it's wrong and I do not live at the address he has listed and that I moved months ago. I don't know what else to do.

AN OFFICER OF BCI (BUREU OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION) HIS NAME IS ROBERT SMITH .. HE CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT I HAVE AN A DEBT WITH CASH NET USA WITH THE AMOUNT OF 529 .00 ..HE YELL ON ME .. HE SAID THAN A POLICE OFFICER WAS ON THE WAY TO ARREST ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY RIGTH NOW IF NOT I'LL BE THERE ON THE JAIL THIS NIGHT ... HE SCARED ME !!! I CALL CASH NET USA TO AKS IF MY STATUS IS ON GOOD STANDING AND THEY SAY YES !!!! he had a very thick accent. I'M SCARED BECAUSE AN OFFICER USUALLY DO NOT TALK IN THAT OFENSIVE MANNER ... BUT I M SCARED THAT HE HAD MI PERSONAL INFORMATION...HELP STOP HIM !!!

I received a call from this heavy accented man stating that he was with the Business Criminal Investigation and the he was calling in ref to a legal matter that concerns my name and social security number and that if I didnt take care of it today that he was going to have someone come and arrest me and make me lose my job. Does anyone know who they are and if they are serious. I told him I had no clue what he was talking about and I never received any response pertaining to this matter via mail or email or anything. What can I do about this? It is freaking me out.

I also received a call from a man with a heavy accent claiming to be officer Mark Benson. He left me a whole message on my answering ma****e stating that if I didn't call them back today that they would be charging me with some serious crime and that my house and job will be at risk. He also stated that if I didn't call them back then that is too bad for me and that only god could help.

Received a phone call from a Richard Johnson. Apparently he said he was from the Bureau of Crime Investigation for the federal government which I don't believe exists. Gave an address of 1220 Washington Ave, Albany, NY which is one of the government offices and was seeking payment on a note I've never heard of. Sounds fishy to me. He said he would send a fax to my office with additional information but I doubt its coming.

I recieved a call from a man with an heavy accent who claims to be Mark Benson at this number 1-518-895-4110, who claim to be an officier of the court. He stated that I have an outstanding pay day loan and that if I do not clear up this matter, then he would have the police come over and arrest me. I am not sure what to do about this issue. Thanks

I got a call from this number as well today. They said I took out a payday loan, which I never did. They tried to threaten me with legal action, I told him to go to***** and go ahead and sue me or arrest me. They said, they are going to send an officer to my home. I said go ahead.

i got a call saying he was a private investigator about some loan that I dont recall and saw no paperwork or nothing on it. He said his name was Det. james Brown and that he was going to have someone come on my job and have me locked up if i did not pay an certain amount to him

I also received a call his name was Alan James. I told him I was going to report him and he told me to wait 30 minutes before I did that. Very rude and I am getting very annoyed by this. what can I do??

I have received several called from the from 518-895-4110 ext 102 first call came in from 911 he used fake caller ID to call. Had my dad call him back he could not hear him guy had very thick accent, call was very distorted.

I got a call today from this number. He said he was from bci and that I have a internet loan I never paid. I never took out any loans. He said he was suing me for fraud.

they claim to have a payday loan or a form of loan that you took out. The person who called me was Mark Benson, 518-895-4110. Supposedly representing the Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
