It was a voicemail from my bf that was supposed to be in the Galápagos Islands, but I looked the number up and it showed it was a rehab center called Conifer Park which this site doesn’t establish, but I am assuming Liberty Behavio is short for behavioral health most likely. He just called from another number not in the Galapagos so I figured I’d search that one since it wasn’t a business, but it didn’t give much info about that number either. Hope this helps.

This person is posing by the names Emil & Igor. He usually uses a skype # which is 215-337-4034. He has been ordering phones online and having them sent to freight forwarding companies. Once he gets the items-he does a chargeback to the credit card he used. He constantly c****es his eBay user ID and they are aware of this as well. He's gonna be shocked when all he gets sent to him is a cell phone COVER! Who gets the last laugh now!!!!!!!!!! :) DON'T ANSWER CALLS FROM THESE NUMBERS - HE IS A THIEF & FRAUDULENT!! BEWARE
