Problem number 1 - it is due on the second and today is 25th. They wanted my name and last four of my SSN for ID purposes or wanted my card number. Now if Wells Fargo Bank was making a legit call, their Caller Id would say so, they would know who they are calling and have all the info on the screen. Name and verify address I could understand, but last four of SSN or card number AFTER giving them my name is enough as that is usually all the information the cable company, telephone company, power company, and water company use to verify if YOU call them. They never ask if they call you.
