I received an un-requested un-identified call from this number; 513-847-0093. After checking Google search I see the caller is TWC, (for solicitation purposes generally). I did not answer the call, however, I responded with a text message stating, ... "TWC Please Note: I do Not appreciate you calling my number for solicitation purposes. Please place me on your 'Do Not Call List'. Thank you." ... I'm not sure if they will receive my message, although I'm guessing they likely might, as it's a Verizon number. Time will tell. I have ZERO time & patience for telemarketers.

While the call connects to the Time Warner Promotions department, the owner of the autodialer which is making these calls is a company called Phone Ware, Inc. Phone Ware is not in compliance with the TCPA and refuses to provide a copy of their Do Not Call policy when called about these harassing ****-up calls. Instead, you are routed to voice mail, which is ignored. They are also in non-compliance with the TCPA in that they are autodialing cell phones (including mine) with harassing, ****-up calls that don't connect to an actual person. The called party is unable to ask them for a copy of their Do Not Call policy, and request that their phone number be added to the company's internal Do Not Call list. This is also in violation of the law. A little sleuthing uncovers enough information to pursue legal action: The main phone number to contact Phone Ware, Inc is 1-858-******50. The company's address is: Phone Ware, Inc. 8902 Activity Rd San Diego, CA 92126 Agent For Service Of Process (if you sue them): WILLIAM J NASSIR 8902 ACTIVITY RD STE A SAN DIEGO, CA 92126 They have a website: www.phonewareinc.com Please remember that if you wish to sue them for damages (which I am doing because they have been harassing me 3 and sometimes 4 times a day on my cell phone for a month with ****-up calls) to have your case well put together and to research the TCPA before you do anything, so you can build your case a***nst them. Don't call the company up and harass or threaten its employees! Go to court instead and get your money!
