Received numerous phone calls (18)last three weeks. Finally called AT&T and after a couple of hours and a trap added to my line found out it was Golden Senior Advisors a/k/a GSA. found that owner one Cal Hero who has a company listed phone number at 1-800-706-0382. I called him and he gave my some sob story about "our computers are messed up and is having an error and dialing do not call numbers". I informed him that their were numerous complaints posted and that if there is a "problem" with his software then he needs to shut it down. I also informed to cease and stop any furthur calls from his compnay, or ***nches of his company. I also informed him that the phone call was recorded and that one more call from his compnay and I would sue. I also sent a cease and desist letter certified to him today. I will sue and everyone else should also. Also filed a complaint for each incident with the FCC and states attorney general.

Well, as promised, here's the update (yes, GSA finally called me back!):GSA stands for "Golden Senior Advisors" owned by Mr. Cal Dean Hero of San Marcos, TX (GSA is a sole-proprietorship registered in Hays County, TX).He claims there's an IT problem with his server (supposedly the SQL server that updates his calling database a***nst the FCC's DoNotCall list) that is allowing calls to go out to folks like me on the DNC list.I indicated to him that regardless of his technical problems, he is not allowed to operate his equipment while it is in violation of FCC rules.I also chastised him about cold-calling non-senior households (of which I am one), and that he and "his family" need to resort to the old-fashioned ****od of manually dialing prospective customers who are NOT on the DNC list.He seemed genuine in his desire NOT to wantonly violate the rules ("...we're a small, family-run business...and I wouldn't want the FCC to come and try to shut us down..."), but I did not get an overt****urance from him that his auto-dialer would be taken offline.Since it took him 2 days to call me back, I'm filing a complaint based on at LEAST 3 days of operating in violation of FCC regs.Feel free to contact Mr. Cal Hero via his company website:http://www.goldensenioradvisors.com/contact.phpor, a live person actually answers their WATS line:1-800-706-0382
