Received a call on our cell phone from 510-970-1100. We weren't able to receive the call, but when we tried calling back, we received the message that it could not completed as dialed.

I got a call from that number; a woman claiming to be w/the Social Security Administration asking for ssn or birth date of my recently deceased mother whom I had previously submitted an SS claim informing them of her passing. I told the woman she can mail anything to me and I would complete it and mail it back to the Social Security Administration.

On 9/25/2008 I received a call from this number a women asked if I had considered s****ing collecting ss since I was of age. She asked me to verify some information (the same 6 questions that are asked when you call the ss number. I did (wrong thing to do) -- then she said she would mail me some information to my address (which I gave her)
