This guy went thru his spiel having me take down info that I would have to present to the person delivering my prize. They eventually got around to mentioning investments and taxes and that they were not asking for my bank acct info or social security info, but that I needed to go to dollar general or cvs and buy this card for $500 that they would use to pay the taxes on my winnings.
