"CREDIT CARD SERVICES" the name implies that they have some sort of business with you but in reality they're telemarketers trying to sell you on "reducing" your current rates. They lack the ability to remove phone numbers from there list. I have repeatedly asked and still get phone calls from them

They call me daily, telling me they can lower my interest rates. It doesn't help to press #2 to get removed from their list. They'll still call. If you press #1 and kindly ask them to remove your number, they rudely **** up on you. At one point, I told them that I don't have any credit cards, hoping that would deter then from calling but they still call. I have come up with a little game I like to play with these *****s. I act like I want their services and play along. They ask how much credit card debt I have. I make up a number between $50K-$100K. They ask how much interest rate do I pay now? I say "Around 20%". They ask if all my accounts are in good standing. I say "Yes". They tell me I qualify for their program and all they need is the 800# off the back of one of my cards to verify that I am in good standing. I tell them to hold on while I go grab it out of my purse. I put the phone down and go about my business. You'd be surprised how long these ******s will hold the line. Sometimes as long as FIVE minutes! Maybe it's not nice to do but I played nicely and they didn't honor my request of being removed from their call list so they can suffer as I have been, especially when they wake up my sleeping baby. My husband said I should get back on the phone and tell them the phone number on the back of the card is 1-800-eff-off" or so****ing to that effect. I think the next time they call, I will. ;-)

automated message stating this is a final offer to have interest rates on my credit card lowered. Once I got to a live person to complain about the call and indicate the number is listed in the national Do Not Call Registery, the agent indicated I asked for their services by pressing 1 to speak to an agent. Ludicrous. Unbelievable the predators out there in this economy.

automated message about lower credit card rates. press 1 to get live person. person says they are from Credit Services. They represent all FDIC banks and because I pay my credit card on time, they can lower my rate. I asked who are you representing, "Credit Services". Where are they incorporated? **** up...

Called offering to sell me an auto warranty. When I got to a live person, told them to take me off their list- I was ***g up on.
(506) 227-4566 - March 18th, 2009 1:45pm
I get automated calls from this number 2 to 3 times per month on my cell phone. I checked out the number and they are telemarketers somewhere in Moncton, New Brunswick, Ca***a and seem impervious to USA "do not call" rules. Annoying to say the least, nevermind using my Verizon wireless minutes. Go Away!
