This # calls my home # daily, usally between 8-9 pm and he is relentless and rude. I want these calls to stop. I have contacted Time Warner, they administer my phone service & they do not offer the customer a way to track/log/report/police these harrassment calls. I'm on the National No Call List. This is harassment and a violations. I've asked time after time for the calls to stop.

If the call actually originated in Ca***a (or anywhere outside USA) the Federal Do Not Call Registry has no jurisdiction. Telemarketers are doing this -- locating their calling computers in another country; when you answer the call gets routed to a call center here in the USA.
