I have no idea who they are, I just told them my zip code and that it. But when they ask me who my auto insurance, I told them I cannot answer it. It was weird, and I can't seem to figure out their objective. Are they trying to get my money? Access to my bank? Access to my At&t service provider? I don't know who they are.

Caller indicated she was from the national insurance ins***ute and I could lower my insurance based on new insurance laws; however she was unable to tell me when the laws went into effect. She said she would transfer me to a specialist. When I attempted to ask another question, the call was disconnected.
