They have called our agency repeatedly the past few months to collect on an outstanding invoice that isn't ours. They have not submitted any requests in writing and have not provided the invoice and/or any other supporting do***ents either by mail or email although it has been requested many times. They have become increasingly aggressive in their calls. YRC claimed bankruptcy in August of 2023.
