My name is on here (Russell) as calling and harassing someone. This is not true. The person(s) who were calling me at the State Hospital in 2021 were Cassandra Hamilton and "Brent Louis Hill". A judge in Linn County (McHill) dismissed Hill's claim of harassment.

I didn't answer this but they had called me 3 times and its was really worrying me so i googled it and its telling me that its from a mental hospital all of these calls came in right as i showed up in Salem, Oregon also where the call was located.

This is a number from inside the Oregon State mental hospital; a one way line for patients. If they're calling you, Id advise you think really carefully about people you know that might be locked in here. Many times these patients are heavily drugged and can't talk and think straight. They can only call numbers from a public phonebook or from what they can remember by heart.

Oregon State mental hospital, i said they had a patient that needs there phone privilege taken away, due to harassment and they ***g up on me. i called back and the next lady said cannot give any information, i told her what was going on and she screamed go get help and ***g up. This place needs new staff the mental patient's are running the Ward.

Called and ***g up at 9 pm on a work night, then called a***n. After the second call, left a 4 second message. "(miss*****ounced my name) call me back Jesse", sounded like his mouth was full of cotton. I'm guessing the owner of the number was s****ed and used as spam. I never answered or returned the call.

They said they were from the State of Oregon. When I confirmed if they where calling from the State of Oregon, she answered, "I guess." And that she was volunteering for the call. She was not very clear about the purpose of the call.
