The above poster was correct. The number for this company is 407-398-1429 Orlando Florida. The woman verified they are the origin of 503-902-8259. Call them at the 407 number you, will reach the company.
(503) 902-8259 - December 16th, 2011 10:10pm
We have received calls from that number on both our cell phones. If you receive a call on your cell phone you do not need to be on a no-call list to complain. To quote the FCC site: "Rest****ured that placing telemarketing calls to wireless phones is -- and always has been -- illegal in most cases." (http://www.fcc.gov/guides/truth-about-wireless-phones-and-national-do-not-call-list). To complain there is contact information from the FCC at the above web site.

I received my 10th call from 503-902-8259, so I played all long with the rep to see if I could get a phone number and the name of the company out of them. They kept insisting that they take my information, including my credit card number, address, and social security number to call my credit card company to confirm that I have more than $4K in debt and then have a financial advisor call me back. So I went along and I got a call back the next day. I said I was couldn't talk, can I have your name and nummber and I will gie you a call as soon as I can. The rep name Kelly said she worked for Debt Free Lving and her phone number was 866-920-8259 x 3360 (When she called me the caller id said from 407-398-1429). I called the toll free 866 number she gave me and that is infact the company.
(503) 902-8259 - December 15th, 2011 9:19pm
I received a call from this same number with a message claiming they are my credit card company (of course they don't mention the name) and they will reduce my interest rate "...last chance...final opportunity..." Clearly this is a scam intended to obtain your credit card information. I went to the Do Not Call Registry (linke below) to first verify that all my numbers are on the list and then to lodge a comlaint a***nst this number. https://complaints.donotcall.gov If enough people file a complaint with the registry, perhaps they will allocate resources to get this operation shut down. Like grandma used to say "...the squeaky wheel always gets the grease."

I just got a call from this number, they too said it was from the national don not call registry and to press one. I ***g up and then tried to call back. However it doesnt ring - it just connects. I did this three times and each time it just connects - no talking in the background, my mobile just says it is connected. Each time I took my battery out in case it was a scam in which they bounced calls off my number and then charged me long distance calls. I'll get with my carrier in the morning to ban this number.
(503) 902-8259 - December 15th, 2011 12:30am
Same as other comments above. Msg said they could lower my interest rates on my cc. Didn't give me an option to opt-out.

When I picked up, a recorded message said that I could "lower the interest rate" on my credit cards and to "press 1" to speak to a person. Didn't provide a company name or any contact info.
(503) 902-8259 - December 8th, 2011 10:33pm
Report them to the FCC. http://www.fcc.gov/complaints The more complaints they get, the more likely the FCC will be to go after them.

(503) 902-8259 - November 23rd, 2011 12:12pm
These companies have no manners! At least leave a message so I can block your number effectively!I'm on the Do Not Call List and yet.... I'll bet your mother is so proud of you calling people in a rude way and not leaving a name! Like ringing a doorbell and running away. I just wish that the laws were like when I was a child and the cops dragged you home when you get caught!
(503) 902-8259 - November 22nd, 2011 6:09pm
Calls every two weeks and leaves message asking if I want to be taken off their list to press one. I did it once because I was sick of getting these calls and the person ***g up. They have a series of 503 number they call from. It angers me because I pay for my individual minutes and am on the Do not Call registry and have filed complaints. Nothing seems to happen to stop these guys.
