Well, aren't we all in for a little luck! I began doing some research on this number...according to my research, Global Crossing Local Services, Inc. is the carrier. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (877-382-4357). The FTC wanted to know if my number was registered with the National Do Not Call Registry (888-382-1222 or www.donotcall.gov). The FTC employee also suggested I send the company a "Cease Communications" letter, telling them not to contact me at any of my phone numbers, and to send the letter in certified mail, return receipt requested. He suggested I do an online search for their contact info. I did (http://www.dleg.state.mi.us/bcs_corp/sr_corp.asp). Fortunately for all of us, I am only-too-happy to share it with all of the other people their calls have been harassing!
