Here's the answer to all our prayers. Telemarketers almost exclusively use "autodialers" to make their calls. One out of a thousand will have live reps doing the dialing. When these dialers connect (you answer the phone) they listen for any "tones" generated. If no "tones" are detected they then transfer the call to one of the reps in a call center. "IF" the autodialer hears the 3 beeps from dialing a "DISCONNECTED" number, the number that was just dialed is automatically "REMOVED" from their list. Below is a link that has this "tone" plus the verbal message. You DO NOT need the verbal message. Download or copy the "DISCONNECTED" MP3 or WAV file to your desktop. Create or c****e the greeting you have when someone calls you and you're not available. At the VERY BEGINNING of your message place the 3 tones (NOT THE VOICE MESSAGE) then continue with your usual or normal greeting. The autodialer will hear the tones and BINGO, your number will be removed since they think it's a disconnected number. DONE. In a few weeks you will be removed from all the lists. Of course you may have to explain the tones to the callers you DO want to speak to but that's a small tradeoff. Pass this info on to anyone you know that gets junk calls or even help post this on these websites. If you continue getting calls after reading this, it's your "OWN" fault! I received daily calls from this spammer for the past month, despite being registered to the governments DNC list and pressing 9 to "opt out". I finally decided to press 1 and leave a message. I recieved a call a few hours later form a Rick Stevens - Secure Health Corp (954)-644-5101 responding to my "inquiry" for health insurance. I quickly corrected him that I was actually an attorney trying to****ociate a name to this spammer, he immediately ***g up. I am filing a complaint with the FCC. Moreover, as I called back to let him know, I will be filing a law suit in my state court pursuant their violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 USC 227) if they call my number one more time. 503-563-0005 called my cell phone. When i answered it was a recorded message with a woman's voice asking me if I wanted cheaper health care coverage. She said to press one now if you want to take advantage of this offer. I did, hoping to get to a representative to ask them to remove me from their list. It did not. Rather, the same voice then asked me to leave a message with my personal information for an 'insurance agent' to call me back. I did not and ***g up. I filed a complaint with the National DNC Registry.

The recorded message gives the option of speaking with a live person, but no option of removal from their calling-list. I choose to take the option of speaking with a person, so that I could better-identify the caller. This company calls claiming an affiliation with your credit card company and having an offer to reduce your credit card interest rates. When I asked with which credit card company they were affiliated, they could not (or would not) say. At the end of the call, I told the person that they are not to call this number a***n. They appeared to comply and said "I've added you to our do not call list." I commented, "You shouldn't have called it in the first place. I'm already on the Wisconsin and Federal 'do not call' lists.". The call ended, then. I am 100% sure that this company is using a random- or sequential-dialing list and has no direct affiliation with my credit card company. I have never given this telephone number to any credit card company.

I repeatedly get calls from this organization. Always different telephone numbers. I waited to get a live person on the phone. Told them I had credit card debt that I wanted to reduce with their offer and asked if they had an address or website that I could access. They ***g up on me. PLEASE NOTE: My husband and I decided some time ago to live without the burden of credit cards, I was attempting to get information so I could finally put a stop to the calls. I report telephone numbers daily for this type of fraudulent activity. I can not stand when organizations prey on people like this one does. I certainly hope they get caught some day and are punished for their actions.
