Someone called me wanting to reduce my credit card debt, when I told him that I paid my bills and that I was on a no call list, he stated that he would call me back tomorrow. I will be contacting the FCC and the TX Attorney General tomorrow concernig this nuisance phone call. I think it is an outrage that these people can do this and think that it is ok. Do not threaten me with continuing phone calls that I did not initiate. This guy must have a really small *****.

"DO NOT CALL" lists are NOT electronic shields that physically prevent telemarketing calls. The lists are simply law-protected programs that legitimate businesses will honor in order to avoid criminal fines. Scam artists who hide their true iden***ies or routinely move their base of operations do not fear being found, prosecuted, and fined, so they ignore the DO NOT CALL lists. Law Enforcement has finite resources, so non-violent crimes have understandably-low priority and thus can never be eradicated. Ask your local telephone Service Provider to explain their CALL-BLOCKING service. Shop for a Service Provider who can offer you the most efficient and affordable CALL-BLOCKING service. Federal law allows you to take your tel.# with you whenever you c****e Service Providers, so the inconvenience is minimal
