My email was sending out ****o and they wanted to help me correct the issue and wanted to get remote control over my computer. Very heavy accent and finally gave me his supervisor who said the same thing. Of course, I wouldn't let them take over my computer.

Xfinity claiming my email has had over 10 failed login attempts today and wants me to sign in/give access. Hung up and they called back asked “Why you disconnected the call?”, I hung up again. Called back and did not pick up, he finally moved on.
