Nowhere on the site is there a telephone number or address or even a way to engage their services = RED FLAG! ''Political Survey'' is their excuse to cir***vent the National Do Not Call regulations. They claim if I take the 30 second survey I'd receive a free 2 day cruise to the Ba***** or a gift card. Truth is - hard sell of condo-timeshare! There are actually two scams here, the initial cold-call canvassers who get paid by reserving your ''free vacation +$185 port fees'', spend spree your credit card and then the high pressure vacation rental ******inium sales crew who trap you on a cruise from*****. As of 15 Feb 2012, calls like this are on their face illegal. As of that day, the FTC/FCC have made "robo" calls like this illegal. The callers can no longer say there is any sort of prior relationship and they must have specifit written permission from the person they are calling to make the call legal. That means you have to opt in for these jokers to be able to call you legally. This is a good s**** by the FTC/FCC, but only begins to touch the surface. Many of these jokers use s**** cards or an app to make any number they want to come up on the caller ID, so you never know what number really called you. Also, by answering any of these calls or calling them back you allow the person(s) who called you access to enough information about you and your smart phone to hack into the phone. Protect yourself. Do not answer these calls. Do not call them back. And let the FTC know you are continuing to receive calls like this. And download an app that allows you to block all these eggregious calls from these jokers. Protect yourself and your information.

I never answer calls from unknown numbers and this is also the case. To protect yourself, you also should not answer calls like this since these calls are thinly disguised attempts to obtain information about you and your smart phone. Do not answer calls like this and definitely do not call the number back to see what they called about. Also calls like this are now illegal and you need to notify the FTC. "En***ies" like this can no longer call you by saying you have had prior business with them. They only way they can legally call you is if you give them permission in writing, meaning you need to opt in. Continue to report calls like this to the FTC so they will eventually strengthen the law and realize with apps and s**** cards, any number can appear on your caller ID. And do everything you can to protect yourself and the information on your smart phone.

Dodging no-call laws by claiming to be a political pollster, in order to fleece you when you pay "gratuities" for the "free" cruise. I wish there was a way we could flood these outfits with calls, or pull so****ing else that would cause them to crash for a day. Any techies out there who know how to get even with these weasels?

FYI: Political calls are one of the types allowed by the Do Not Call registry. If you do not want to be bothered by these calls, program your phone to send calls from this number directly to voicemail. Otherwise, expect these calls to escalate since we are still several months away from the election. :)

remember, android users, and doubtless other smart phones - if you're annoyed enough, you can put the number I'm your phone list and check the box to send its call directly to voice mail, not ringing the phone.
