I am a Business & as for the caller... I have No Idea ! I get calls all day long that show no ID, just scam likely in caller ID. Most times when I answer, no one there & number is the same zip code as mine or as the last caller I called... Sometimes when I answer it is a tel-marketer trying to sell or sign me up for so****ing. About 10% of these calls seem to be someone with a new mobile phone, not yet profiled...

I just called the number & "Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check number & try a***n..." Number I called is the same number that called me... I hit redial twice, same message & dialed on my office phone, looking on my mobile phone that mirrors my incoming calls on my office...
