This is most likely a collection agency making robo calls to collect a debt. Use call blocking through your wireless cell phone provider if possible. To Margarita Rodriguez: Most likely this Joshua Norris had a cell phone with your number and listed it with his debtors. It is his last known contact so collection agencies will not abandon it. Not much you can do except block the number doing the calling or c****e your number.

this number calls my cell number continuously multiple times each week. I can hear noise on the other end of the line but ***ody ever speaks and the the phone is ***g up. don't know if it's kids making prank calls or what but it has been ongoing for months now on a regular basis.

I am a resident of Louisville,KY now. I came to live in Louisville since January 2009 and have gotten a cell phone since then.  I have been getting calls asking for a Joshua Norris for the last 2 years since then.  I get numerous calls from this other Tel.#1 888 281-3492 as well,and as much as I have told them they have reached the wrong tel# and person.  They don't stop calling my cell phone sometimes is 3-4 times a week. I am taking action a***ns this harrastment and I am tired of this presecution.  I have asked about who this person is and they won't tell me.  Please do so****ing, I need help!  Thank you,
