My experience matches everyone else's here. I've been getting these messages for years. I don't own a credit card. The phone numbers keep c****ing every time they call. My su****ion is that they are able to "s****" caller ID, and mask where the call is actually originating. You can'r shake these people once they get your number, they'll follow you for life and just keep calling once in a while. Each time the caller ID will be different..Authorities don't seem to be able to do much to stop it. For all I know they don't even operate in the US
