This person is posing as an "Officer Holland" and is part of a scam involving dating apps. Once you exc****e numbers, the person (multiple parties involved) will send an inappropriate picture. Days later you will be contact by a fake officer and fake ***her claiming the person was a minor and they will press charges for exploiting their child. The ***her threatens charges unless you agree to help pay for his daughter's medical bills or damages done when she had a "medical emergency" from the ***her discovering her texts. The "officer" says once they receive payment they will close the case. They were not very intelligent in that they disclosed their real venmo acct.
