To all concerned: I am a former bill.collector and if this company continues to call and refuses to give you any info then write them a CEASE AND DESIST letter by certified mail. FDCPA POLICIES require them to stop calling as soon as they sign for the letter!

they call my phone everyday but won't tell me who they are. he even heard my 1 year playing in the background and said "I feel sorry for your kids with a mom like you." *** right? I flipped out n cussed him out as he was ****ing up in me! ug there so rude!!

This number belongs to First Collection Services, DBA ICS International Computer Systems, Inc. Their address is 10925 Otter Creek East Blvd., Mabelvale, AR 72103 (right outside of Little Rock).  Phone Numbers are 501-320-2462; 1-800-844-2036; 501-320-2461; 501-975-3368; 501-***-1658; fax #'s are 501-***-0570; 501-***-6396;  Please report your complaints to the Arkansas Attorney General at www.ag.state.ar.us  Please report your complaints to the AR BBB at www.bbb.org/arkansas/business.  Please report your complaints to the AR Board of Collection Agencies at www.asbca.org.  I have made complaints a***nst First Collection Services to all of the above for their poor ethics in the collection industry, as well as reported them to the company that hired them to service the account I owed on.  Which happened to be a bill from November of 2007 in the amount of $131.00, which I paid direct to the company who hired First Collection.  Remember, you don't have to pay the collection company, you can call the company you initially incurred the balance due with and they will accept your payment.

This number is calling my cell phone also and did the same exact thing as they did to you Christina.Me:*****oThem: Can you verify that your billing address is blah blah blah blah.Me: Who Is thisThem: This is a confidential matterMe: Wait a minute, you called me at my number, asked me if my address is blah blah, and you dont want to tell me what it is about? You have to be kidding me right.Them: Maam it is a confidential matterMe: Well then I guess my address will just have to be confidential between me, myself and I.I ***g up then. Very sneaky and they will find an underhanded way to get around any laws.The laws are so strict anymore about credit collectors calling.What this is, is a blatant attempt to collect on some debt by sending letters to the consumer and by getting us to say "Yes, this is my address" they then have confirmation on recording that it is and they can then continually **** you with collection notices.What they dont realize is taping someone without their knowledge is criminal, at least in the State of Arkansas. And also that if you report them to the Attorney General and they keep calling then the "Bill" they are trying to collect on can become null and void if they do not cease and desist with their collection attempts by phone. This is why they do not tell you who they are and where they are calling from so that they do not leave a trail.I was in phone sales for 12 years (not these kind of bullying, harrasing calls) and I know exactly how this works.Get as much info as you can if they call back, keep them on the phone untill they tell you who they are and where they are calling from. As Christina said Contact your Attorney General and send the company a cease and desist letter. If they keep on after that....Sue THEM.

they have called several more times but I keep calling them back and annoying them :)I finally got a business name to slip from one of them. it is FCS (Financial Credit Service). Google it and you will find the kind of shady collection agency they are. I asked to not be called a***n. They told me they would continue to call me until the matter was resolved. If you don't tell me what kind of debt I owe then you are pretty much *****ed 'cause you are not getting anything from me :)at any rate, my advice. Take the call, write down everything that is said, including the callers name tell them they are not getting your information, They called you, they should have it all verified already. Contact your Attorney General with the information and we can finally stop this caller.

I got this call and missed it, no message left. I called it back and I am going to****ume it is a bill collector or phishing. When I called back it went like thisMe:*****o, my name is ******  ***** someone called my number while I was out.them: Ok this is a business phone and someone did try to contact you. Your current address is *****************, can you verify this please. Me: what company are you withthem: it is pertaining to a confidential matter if you would please verifyMe: How simple minded do you think I am, you tell me what company you are with and I might verify.them: you just want to know who it is, when you are ready to talk give us a call backMe: ok your loss.hmm yeah I'd like to know who you are before I give you my information.

This company is called International Computer System, they are a collection company for mainly Alltel wireless phones. They are in Little Rock, AR..If you owe Alltel money for your phone and want to get it paid. Tell them you want a deal to get it paid off. They will probably give you about a 10 or 15% off the bill, and can setup payment on a little ways out.

they keep calling my house and when i answer and say*****o, they say goodbye. this is so aggrivating

this is a collection agency for alltel wireless.  I hate them but i do know that i owe alltel and have talked to them once and they are very rude and lecture you about how much you owe.....
