When I chose Option 2, to c****e and appointment (just to try to get to a person) nothing seemed to register. I tried Option 3 (to cancel) twice and still no indication that the responses went through. The beginning of the message left on my phone, supposedly to identify the caller, was gibberish. I highly suspect this incident.
