Caller said he had been trying to reach (and gave name of person) for a while for a very important matter. Said they needed a call back but they left no number to call. My caller ID said **Local Office** I did not know who they were calling for because this is a new number for me, so I called back the number on my ID to have them stop calling me and they said it was " First National Collection Bureau. " They are bottom feeder collectors who buy old and expired debts and try to collect on them.
