Said there was illegal activity in Texas using my SS# and that there was a criminal case a***nst me. Indian voice answered phone each of three times. Very poor English. Had nerve to tell not to shout at him when I was naturally upset with news and the idea that there was a criminal case a***nst me, supposedly.
