I have called this company twice after they have called my business. In previous phone calls when they have called MY business number they have ***g up before I even got a word out. I finally returned the call and asked to be taken off the call list. Two weeks later I received ANOTHER phone call from the company. I a***n asked to be taken off the list and when I called the company to confirm I was treated VERY rudely by an employee named Rich.

This is only the latest of 5 numbers from "FIA Card Services" which is a totally unknown company to me. They call and never leave messages; they call and **** up. They disrupt my life. I yell at the phone and tell them to STOP, but it continues. I have no idea who they are, and I have no credit issues for them to be pestering me about.

It is capitol one. They call me s****ing at 8:00 in the morning with 10 different phone #'s. Actually is NCO which is capitol one. These people are obnoxious. I never seen a collection agent harass you so hard. You can talk to them ova and ova and they still will harass you. I don't answer them anymore.
